网络延迟是怎么算的？数据包过去的时间还是一个来回？

之前以为是来回的
昨天看到某处有说是单程
然后谷歌百度搜一搜没用到正确关键词 也没个具体答案
ping的延迟是单还是来回？整迷糊了 有没有大佬解释下 ？
