The express written objection may be the result of a pending or recently completed Change of Registered Name Holder. This is an opt-in process during which the new Registered Name Holder agrees not to transfer for 60-days. This domain will be transferrable on 10/31/2011.

只能续费了,坑爹啊...

域名主刚换人，要等六十天以后才能转移

变更信息后又得等60天。

修改了WHOIS   要过60天才能转移貌似是这样
