100TB莫名其妙的问题

我是8号下的机器到今天已经3天了机器仍然没消息，只发来了机器IP和密码可机器不通没办法连接
发消息问了多次就是不回，最后回了一句
Hi,

I am afraid we have not been able to restore the public interface connectivity.
Public interface seems to be up & all the IPs & routes are correct &
both the servers NIc & the Switch sees each other [ARP record] but still its
unable to communicate with the gateway. Could you please confirm if you
installed/uninstalled NIC drivers? or if anything was changed before the last
reboot?

我就郁闷了，我新上的机器都没拿到机器何来删除网卡之说？？又何来ARP我郁闷

去看下公网交换机上是不是disabled了

找个理由，让他们重新安装一下。

没要重安装，给我把机器换了ip也换了从原来的173换到174

100tb的主机，后台就可以自动重装系统的，1个小时就搞定了，还需要什么理由，晕
