关于Dedi新加坡线路电信限速问题，传说中的Lucian.D终于回复TK

买完第一天测试了发现速度上不去，来loc看到大家反馈电信限速问题，一脸懵逼，萌新不懂，还有这种操作，然后发TK反映，

Sorry to bother you, I'm a customer from China. I purchased HKG KVM a few days ago and it's working fine for me in Chine with China Telecom Network, so when I saw the new SG KVM came out online, I ordered it without any test due to no test IP shown on the product details page. As soon as I completed the proper configuration for the server, I did a speedtest and it almost blown my mind. 有图比 video details shows the connection speed is between 3xx Kbps to 5xx Kbps, and the bench test also shows less than 100KB/S with China Telecom in other city of China. This so called "direct link with CN" SG node, what's wrong with it? If this SG node cannot "direct link" with China Telecom Network as promised and provide a better network speed, I'd like to request a full refund. I'll be waiting for your reply. Thanks.

然后今晚终于回复了，没想到等来的回复，这话说的跟没说一样，灵车果然不怕漂移~

联通是真真的好，Dedi新加坡线路，联通能跑满我本地带宽，电信用起来真是天壤之别，心伤~

所以说，基本无望了，机房不可能因为个别人反映情况就改的，也许这机房天生就是电信不友好的。
