I get a charge notice of 50 yen on my credit card. can you refund it now?

Solution
We use an authentication mechanism are verify your credit cards.
That is 50 JPY has a dummy billing request created by the authentication mechanism. will be never actually be paid from your bank account.

How can I register or change my credit card?
Registration and change of credit card information usage for payment is accepted from the payment information page on the control panel.

Payment information page:

Authentication
We use an authentication mechanism to check the validity of credit card. Repeatedly mistake entering credit card information may cause not accept credit card registration operations for a certain period of time. In that case, please wait for a while and retry to register your credit card information again.

Have you received a charge 50 yen (JPY) billing notice from your credit card company? The 50JPY billing you know may be a fake request created by the authentication mechanism. That 50JPY billing is fake, and will never actually be paid from your bank account.

替换信用卡，就需要新信用卡重新扣费验证。哪里那么容易随便填写一个虚拟信用卡就行的。
你要是做一个支付系统。你会允许这么明显的漏洞？
