We are against destructive piracy, if it comes from Germany, Russia, China doesn't matter. Thing is that in China there's no law that protect us so basically is a market where 1 of 100 installations is legal and we can't do anything about it.

This is just simple business logic and bad business means that we walk away, we won't add social login for Chinese services, external storage providers, whatever. Why care about a market that returns awful profits for us?

China is just a bad market for us and you are not clever enough to realize that if the market is bad then we won't care about it.

We tried, but is just bad business.

Chevereto could have lots of assets for the Chinese market, like support for Chinese cloud providers and social network login. But the way in which piracy is allowed in China discourage us to spent time on it. Don't worry, next major version will be completely Open Source and plugable so anyone will be able to develop and publish any kind of asset. Regardless of this change, piracy will keep flowing in the form of pirated themes/plugins because this is a culture problem. It won't surprise me if by then theme developers ask us to block access from China or reject purchases from targeted countries.

By the way, sakurabk even pirated very old releases (that no one should be using) just to flood the internet with it. That's not just piracy, that's something else. That seeks damage. Like I said, we won't develop official stuff for China while stuff like this keeps happening. Even in this forum there are posts containing pirated releases.

  不过讲道理 Chevereto 给用户还是有挺多方便的，我服务器配置方面经常出现问题（基本上都是自己环环境没配置正确），都是直接在论坛请教，他们都会给我解决，这点必须给予好评！

The problem is your script market could not be so big. Images self-hosting is not so common requirement. People could also choose Cloud drive such as Google drive to place the images. And for the people who use hacked Chevereto they actually doesn't mean to take it serious, they are not your real pre-customers. Maybe facing to enterprise market rather than personal market will be easier.
