We have released new APIs for virtual servers, upgraded VPSs with various free OS options, provided CloudStack container service, and enhanced the Customer Portal functionalities for reinstalling OS and control panel, disk partitioning, and traffic monitoring. To continue to provide you with the same quality of products and services, once a year we realign our service charges to reflect market changes. We hold this increase to 3% in line with our general conditions. You can find them here.
The revised rates only apply from January 1, 2019 to agreements started on or before January 1, 2018. The revised price will be included in your first 2019 invoice and can be previewed on the Customer Portal.
