vir家2核2G年付14刀洛杉矶dd windows，被vir发现暂停了机器，还发了邮件让我付25刀费用，怎么办？

邮件内容如下：

Dear wei zhen,

This is a notice to remind you that you have an invoice due on 01/09/2019. We tried to bill you automatically but were unable to because we had an issue attempting to charge you.

是的，我有dd windows，而且vir后台页面也显示滥用：SUSPENDED - MALICIOUS TRAFFIC - ABUSE

这机器买了之后就直接dd windows2003了，没有装55或55r，没什么地方用流量的啊
