人人都可以去免税和认证，为什么会有人要收呢？

我想应该是一样的道理吧

楼主的经验里有两点，你抓住了，应该就能过
1：建whmcs，伪装成主机服务提供商，摆几个商品
2：使用自己的域名邮箱，GMAIL什么的就别用了。

我估计是我网站有问题，我跟idc完全没搭边的，但确实用了域名邮箱
