昨天那个cat域名谁注册了,为什么我whois能查到我但是控制面板不显示域名

问问这里的大佬们咋注册的，看域名信息他们都是用的美国和中国的资料，还没税。。。
我试过改成非欧盟资料倒是没税了，但价格就变成34欧了
