This is a reminder that your Oracle Cloud Free Trial (xxxx) will expire on Thursday, October 17, 2019 10:37 AM UTC.
You can upgrade to a paid account by clicking on the Upgrade link on the Oracle Cloud Console home page and completing the upgrade steps. When you upgrade to a paid account, your credit card will be charged only after all of your Free Trial credits are spent, or when your trial period ends

...........就是告诉你, 升级成付费账户你可以在你账户试用期结束后继续用300美金直到它被用完. 不升级, 试用期结束 300美金余下部分收回
