是这样的，我早上给digitalocean充了25美元用paypal，但是我现在想退款这25美元，我不想取消账号，也不想退之前充值的在余额中钱，我只是想退早上用paypal充的25美元，但是发工单给digitalocean，他们以为我要退款所有钱，然后让我取消账号

我该怎么回复他？？？

I am still willing to using the services, I only wish to have a refund for the $25 that I accidentally paid today.
For the remaining balances, I prefer to have them in my account for any incoming charge.

用机翻要把一句中文拆成多句来说，尽量的详细，中文太复杂英文直译老外一脸蒙蔽。

简单会话是没有问题，即便不通顺，语法有毛病，老外也是能懂的

但是也是有技巧的，首先你中文要用标准的书面语，不要带口语；善用断句，长句短说，或长句子分段，把句子简短化，句子越简短越不会出错。
另，句子内容要简单直接，不要用“不得不”、“是不是”这种绕一下的中文。
