RUVDS发邮件说不再接受paypal充值

Dear Customer,
Currently we are facing very important changes in payment methods. Since 31 of July Paypal no longer transfer funds between physical persons inside Russian Federation.

That means that if you are an individual and a resident of Russian Federation you would be not able to:
* transfer funds through Paypal to the over physical person which is resident of Russia Federation
* transfer payments through Paypal to the legal entities which are residents of Russia Federation

As a legal entitiy registered in Russia Federation we can no longer accept your payments through Paypal. We kindly ask you to get ready to process your payments through other payment systems.

We still accept:
* Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Sberbank Online, Halva
* Ewallets: QiWi, WebMoney, Яндекс.Деньги

If you are not a Russian Federation resident nothing changes for you, we will be accepting your Paypal Payments as usual.

人家只是说俄罗斯的无法使用PAYPAL支付。

说实话，俄罗斯也没多少人用paypal，不影响
线下一般都直接用信用卡或者apple pay，google pay（实际上还是卡片支付）
线上也是直接信用卡，sberbank online或者yandex money

不过我比楼主好点，会用谷歌翻译，不是鹅联邦的没事这英语估计初中水平就能看懂吧
