1、看条款，说明了，哪些人可以领
   前提：all persons within the United States
   肉身在美国的人。

2、一共多少钱？不超过12美元。
   为这点钱被国外当蝗虫不值得啊。

3、万一将来你要去美国旅游什么的，这可能是你的污点。
