这个英语邮件啥意思?

这是一封office365重置密码的邮件，前面几句都明白的，但最后括号中的”Text Message is not an option“，我就糊涂了，明明前面说要给个能接密码的电话，括号里却又说短信不是选项，感觉有点自相矛盾的意思呀.
To approve this request:
Reply to all with the sentence: “I approve this request”.
Add the contact phone number for the password delivery (Text Message is not an option)
